Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all items from Uppsala/Sweden

Q: What happends if I ordered the wrong size (clothing)
A: We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you can open the package and try the clothes at home, if the size is wrong you can make a return within 14 days, to start a return, use our return portal (click here). Please be aware that you are responsible for shipping fees when returning your order.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to all european union countries

Q: Where can I find shipping prices?
A: You will find the shipping prices here

Q: Will I get a tracking number on my shipping?
A: It depends on what shipping method you select during the checkout, it will be listed in the ship menu.

Q: I wrote the wrong adress, how can I correct it?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible, if the order has already been shipped then it’s too late to correct it. Please make sure to provide a correct adress before checkout. We can’t replace or repay orders with incorrect adress.

Q: Why do the prices on the clothes vary so much?
A: The prices on the clothing will be affected by material, country origin, handmade vs fabric, world situation (pandemic/war), fuel prices, customs, currency etc.
