Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is one of the most well-known and highly valued functional mushrooms. Our chaga is wild-harvested in Lapland, Finland.

Chaga mushrooms have been an important part of Nordic folk traditions for centuries. In Finland chaga was used as a coffee substitue during World War II when coffee was scarce.
Our favourite way to enjoy chaga tincture is to start our day with it in the morning. A pipette's full straight under the tongue or added to coffee, tea or smoothie.
It’s been studied the further North you go, the higher chaga’s compounds get: mainly polysaccharides and triterpenes. That’s why our chaga comes from Lapland, Finland. You can be rest assured you have the strongest polysaccharide and triterpene content of any chaga product.

INSTRUCTION
Our favourite way to enjoy chaga is to have it in the morning for a smooth start to the day.
A pipette’s full straight under the tongue or in hot chocolate, tea, smoothie for instance.
Use sublingually by placing under the tongue and swallow. Or add to tea, coffee, smoothies or recipes. In 30ml bottles 1 full pipette equals 0.6ml, and in 50ml bottles 1 full pipette is 1ml.
As our extracts are strong, we recommend taking a week off after every 3 months of use.
Safety Information:
Daily maximum dose 2ml. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children in a cool dry area. Not during pregnancy or for kids.
