B vitamin complex contains the vitamins folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6 and B12 which help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. For skin, hair and mucous membranes
B vitamin complex contains biotin which helps to maintain normal skin, normal hair and normal mucous membranes. Folic acid contributes to normal psychological function, normal function of the immune system, normal blood formation, tissue growth in pregnant women. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function, normal homocysteine metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and normal function of the immune system.

Recommended dose:
